This is the least skilled MB team since we joined the league 5 years ago. How do they win year after year?

I thought they made some good last min additions. They barely lost a game this year.

You are 100% correct....just goes to show you don't have to have the most skilled players. Every year that team loses key players to AAA and still plays very good hockey... Its all about the coach, his staff and the kids buying into the systems and adjustments.

Systems in AA hockey? I think the kids flow well together and they have genuine skill.

I blow kisses to my kid when he is on the bench to make him smile and giggle. And between periods I wave and give big smiles and thumbs up to him. He says he can always hear me screaming when he scores.

Hockey parents are the worst. No one’s kid is making the NHL. The kids are there for fun and to play a great sport that teaches a ton of valuable life lessons. One of those lessons is that some parents suck.

Oh yeah, huge celebration incoming, parade down Main Street, keys to the city, NHL contracts being handed out at center ice. Really life changing stuff. Enjoy it while it lasts, boys, but don’t forget to hit the books, beer league doesn’t come with a signing bonus.
