I have a question. Why no team taking players from other ethnicities like India and Sri Lanka? I thought hockey was supposed to be inclusive in Canada? Hockey is not just for kids who are from European backgrounds. This is a big problem in the GTHL. If this is not corrected then we need to organize a protest against the league. They let trans kids play, kids with disabilities and with parents who don’t work, why not our kids too?

Parents should be grateful when a team takes your kid when no other teams wanted him. That’s why I appreciate my son’s team and give extra money for them to have perks. They want extra tournament, I pay fee. Extra ice time, I pay. This is how we show our appreciation.

The west has teams that are paying more money and getting ripped off by some coaches.

Make sure you get good ice time. Not that anyone is going to be going to the show but might as well get your moneys worth.
