I thought I was watching a MD game, no joke. There were definitely some players who should likely be in MD.
I saw "some" U16AAA players with bad balance, terrible skating ability, unable to pass, weak shots, poor on ice vision, terrible positioning, laziness, terrible game strategies. This is the next draft class into the O? Not from these teams. The top players from these teams wouldn't make a 4th line somewhere else. This tells me either the talent pool is terrible to pick from, the lack of development throughout many years has been terrible, and perhaps a very biased organization on coach and player selection.
