Guest wrote: Wed Apr 02, 2025 4:43 pm People who live in glass houses shouldn't cast stones. It is deeply concerning to witness adults hiding behind screens to mock others, especially young boys. This behavior reflects poorly on TRT's culture and highlights a significant insecurity within the parents, not all of course. It is disheartening that some individuals feel the need to belittle young boys, their bodies and their families to boost their own self-esteem. The disparaging of TA and SIR kids and parents show a pattern of behaviour that has no place in youth sports. Sadly, it seems you still dream of seeing your boys' names in bright lights - maybe the bright lights of Broadway, given their flair for theatrical performances. Give your head a shake and enjoy the few short years left of watching them play hockey, instead of being a cyberbully.
Spare me the moral lecture, pal. You toss out “glass houses” while hiding behind your own screen to take shots at me and my boys? That’s rich. You don’t get to throw a rock, then cry foul when it bounces back and smacks you in the face.

Let me be clear: I don’t go after kids. I call out culture. I call out flopping, chirping from the bench, parents acting like scouts, and organizations that enable it. If that rattles you, maybe take a long hard look at the mirror instead of writing me essays.

Problems don’t start with a forum post by a parent, they started when complaining meant more than work ethic. When image trumped integrity.

Don’t drag my boys into this. They earn everything they get. They work. They play the game the right way. With grit, not glitter.

So here’s my advice: less preaching, more parenting. Raise your kid to battle in the corners and shake hands after the final buzzer. This isn’t Broadway. This is Canadian hockey. And some of us still give a damn about what that means.

If that offends you, too bad. I’m not here to win hearts. I’m here to speak the truth and redevelop hockey into what it used to be with respect, toughness, and accountability. Change is coming to this league next year, and some of you won’t like it.
Who are you?
It’s pretty obvious that’s Puck Daddy’s freedom loving wife. She been confirmed as manager for the hardest hitting team in the G next season. Tryouts start April 29th one day after the liberal snowflakes and vaxxed sheep get crushed faster than you can say “WEF” on election day.

Alright boys, I was notified that the forums are ramping up, so it’s time to set the record straight. Puckdaddy93 aka Joe here—lots of rumors flying, but don’t worry, I’ll address everything in due time.

Let’s talk TRT Team, my new baby. We’re going to be tough, we’re going to be proud, and we’re going to be a team of true Canadian patriots. If you’ve got questions, hit me up on socials. If it’s urgent, come find me at tryouts.

And for the “tough guy” dads…don’t even try it. I stood front line against the RCMP at the trucker convoy and laughed in their faces. You really think a couple of hockey dads are going to shake me? Let’s get to work.

My boy is a big right shot defensemen if you guys are looking. Very physical player. I talked to him and showed him some of your videos and he said he supports your movement and wants to play. I’ll send you a message on instagram

Sounds good, bro. If he’s a big boy and has toughness and grit, I’ll probably give him the C.

I think more people need to understand that there is more to be a good hockey player than just goal scoring.

Too many kids are being taught to be the one man show. this is a TEAM sport. your kid will get cut for this behaviour, and you aren't helping them, you're the cause for their segregation.

We all need great skating, 3rd line checkers. Don’t worry about shooting or scoring. Just dump, chase, and play back. Those are the in demand players we need.

So many parents are counting goals. And it’s nice to score but how about being a playmaker?

SYB 2-0 to start. Ain't so funny now is it.
I thought the team manager banned the syb parents from posting on mht.
2-0 against bottom teams lol. Means nothing. Wait until they play TR or SIR then we'll really see how they are.
Tied the Reeve. Scarboroooooooooough!!!!!!!!!
With only 6 teams making the playoffs, whose left out? SYB, MI, WB? and what happened to the Knights? Woof.
Scarborough is for losers and dirtbags

No shortage of U18 AAA players, the every team has 30+ players and 6 goalies vying for spots.

Teams are already getting formed and only holding a few cards for players who don’t make a Jr. team.
