Does anyone know if he will be back? Also, will the star of the team W be back? It would be great to have my kid playing on his line.
Twitch is listed as their GM. Run away from that team!

Guest wrote: Mon Apr 14, 2025 9:42 am Ok now season is done can we please drop the BS and confirm that TRT is not going to have a U17 AA team next season, and this puckdaddy thing is that a trolling joke.
Tryouts were posted weeks ago and there was never a team listed for TRT u17AA. Whole thing was a wildly successful troll considering the responses it got and that it’s still a topic of discussion here.
It wasn’t a troll, you must be a salty TA parent spreading lies again. I actually got on the phone with puck daddy weeks ago, he’s a very straight forward guy. TRT was scrambling to try and assemble a team. He said he was in the TRT coaching system years ago with his other son and they reached out to him. Puck daddy was feeling out interest from parents and players and said it wasn’t worth it. I tried asking him if he’s coaching another team, he didn’t give me a straight answer.
Lol I love that this post started by saying he's such a "straight forward guy" and ended by saying "he didn't give me a straight answer".

Truths:
1. TRT was missing 2 very good players. Both out bc of dirty hits from SIR
2. The VP's are a very good team. End of story. All games were close, but the best in the East couldn't beat the best in the West. If TRT couldn't beat them, no other team in the East could have. Embarrassing? No. They got there. Did your team? In my opinion, the West has stronger teams - VP, VR and MR.
3. No Drama. Why? Bc, unlike SIR and TA, there was no diving, no flopping around like the kid got shot, no head holding after a hit and no Parent Drama in the stands; just good competitive AA hockey.
4. TRT will NOT have a U17 AA team next year. Majority moving with the team to U18AA. Some trying AAA and couple staying in this loop playing for other teams. Puck Daddy was always fake news.
5. SIR will dominate this loop next year.
6. I highly recommend that you keep your boys away from TA - Twitch is an absolute nut bar. Foam!
Enjoy your summer!

There was a TRT AA skate on Sunday morning at MLS before my son’s team practice, so someone is trying to put a team together. Didn’t ask any questions because we’re already set for next season, but we knew some kids that were there trying out. Maybe nothing comes out of it but they were definitely having a skate.

Hey folks, Ricky here..,though most of you probably know me as Joe aka Puckdaddy’s sidekick, spiritual twin, or the guy always holding his coffee while he makes executive decisions.

So, I heard through the grapevine (someone texted me) that people are out here speculating about my brother’s next hockey move.

Well, spoiler alert…it’s true. The man’s made the leap to AAA and guess what? I’m tagging along for the ride. That’s right, 2 East Coast dudes, living the Canadian dream, yelling “move your feet” at teenagers before sunrise. We’re bringing our same old school philosophy with us…work hard, be tough, respect the game & for the love of Wendel Clark, no one better be skipping dryland.

My kid’s looking for a team. He’s a PP specialist with a great shot, very physical player. Just sent puck daddy a dm. I know he’s very busy with the upcoming election, can you please let him know though, thank you!
