I don't see more than a handful (all VP pretty much) players going U18 AAA

Loser dads thinking their kid is going to the OHL because the kid is an average player. How long can you keep the dream alive?

Is the VP head coach staying on next year? I can imagine doing both teams would be very difficult. He is listed as the U17 VP head coach.
Only reason he is listed is because he needs to make sure their will be a team in place next season or else the org can deny his release to CRC. Dont be fooled people VP will be considerably weaker next season.
More parity in the loop next year for sure.
VP won't be as dominant. Other teams beefing up rosters with OMHA kids. Very minimal movement from U16 AA guys to U18 AAA guys with the double year. Should make next season very good.
Be real VPs are losing 2 (maybe 3) kids going CRC, but the entire rest of the roster is staying and the 2 kids leaving are already replaced with kids coming down from AAA because of the double age group U18 AAA. So you really think VPs are going to be worse next year your crazy.

Not as dominant means maybe 5 to 6 losses in the season.
Not as dominant as in other teams have AAA drop downs coming too.
Not as dominant as a new coach is coming in.

They will be worse than this year. Worse can be any degree, but they will be. Even 1 more loss than this year is worse. That is what was said.

You don’t get it do you? I guess you just don’t know that the new coach is another Italian stallion. The torch is being passed to famiglia.

Hey, just curious, if your kid doesn’t make AAA in their draft year, is playing U18 AAA still a legit path to the OHL? I’m a bit confused about how someone who’s never played AAA before could jump into U18 AAA and end up getting drafted. Feels like if it were that simple, more kids would be doing it. Any advice or insight would be appreciated.
