I'm not sure I'm telling myself anything, just repeated the posted score. But I'm impressed you took the time to scout the Panthers AA and King City AA teams last year, and then confirmed the players that went to Panthers A. Your scouting report must have been invaluable.
Didn't they lose to teams that are not even real teams? LOL It's a crap spring league, with house league players. Nobody cares either way.

The Panthers are playing in the finals of this weekend's CCT tournament. They finished the round robin in first place and will face the winner of Scarborough and Leaside.

Hey ... The Attack won the consolation final this weekend at the Canlan tournament ... not bad ... oh wait ... they beat the team that was oh'fer. And lost to the the revamped Panthers 5-2 ... looks like the changes the genius behind the bench made are gonna pan out.

That's a joke right? Did they get a banner for that? a trophy? I hope so, because winning one game is quite a massive accomplishment.
Attack will likely struggle next season as they did this season, that's OK. It really doesn't mean much but they did looked overmatched this past weekend which doesn't exactly bode well for the future.
