VRE as much as I like the parents and kids are not as good a hockey team. SIR, hats off to those kids and coaches for kicking butt and taking names this year. You now have a target on your backs for 2025/26 season! Were coming for ya! Good luck to both teams. U15A Stanley Cup Series!
But the boys are making a series of it. It's unfortunate a select few are ruining the reputation of the VRE parent group.

They’re running their mouths like their team is some unstoppable force, but the reality is that they’re about to get their asses whooped by the big dawgs, VRE. These parents need to shut their pathetic mouths and stop acting like their team is anything more than mediocre.

The Raiders are in over their heads, and their parents’ overconfidence is only making things worse. The big dogs in the league are about to put them in their place, and no amount of trash talk from the stands is going to change that. It’s time for the parents to stop living in a fantasy and let their team face the reality of what’s to come. They’ll get a harsh dose of the competition when they face VRE, and it’s going to be ugly.
“Dawgs” “shook” guessing it’s the same person commenting. Has been a great 2 games thus far looking forward to the 3rd. Win or lose we will still cheer. No one is scared or intimidated. Spelling words like you are from some government housing project is embarrassing. Take it easy. VRE are not dead just down a game. I hope by ugly you mean excellent play and execution of a great game plan. That being said good luck tonight and I hope it’s another exciting game. Enjoy your day lady or fella.

It’s honestly pathetic that the Scarborough Ice Raiders are resorting to pulling players from house league because they’re so awful. It just goes to show how desperate they’ve become, trying to patch up a team that clearly can’t compete at a higher level. If you’re struggling this much, it’s not a good look to rely on players who aren’t even close to the caliber needed to play in this league.

Instead of focusing on actually developing their own talent, they’re looking for quick fixes that just highlight how bad things have gotten. Bringing in house league players won’t save them—they’re still going to get outplayed and outclassed by teams that actually know how to compete. The Raiders are only digging themselves deeper, and this move proves they’ve got nothing left in the tank.

Found out today that star raiders center #16 is out for the year with a bad case of wingmanitis. Prayers for the poor guy but the real question is what are the raiders going to do now
