Looks like there will be 3 groups next year:

Teams that stayed consistent with some changes around the edges:

- EE
- NT
- WH
- SYB

Teams that have had major changes and will come down to coaching and their ability to gel:

- GP
- NYK
- FH
- MI

Teams that will struggle to find their way:

- LF
- TR

Looks accurate. Are TR and LF starting from scratch or do LF at least have their 2 strong F guys?

That only helps if they kept their 2 only scorers. If not it puts them in the same situation as TR. starting from scratch.

I don’t think WH is in that top group anymore.

WH should finish around the same spot but didn’t get better with all the reported changes. Lost both goalies including one of top goalies in loop. NYK replacement should be good but not same caliber. Lack of D depth exposed in playoffs won’t change - swapped out skilled D for more size unless more changes coming to replace bottom pairing at tryouts - D won’t be stronger. Lost a strong forward but apparently another NYK top forward coming in so should be about the same.

NT, SYB, EE batttle for the top.

WH will improve as forwards are better but stay at 4/5, NYK will drop down to bottom group with changes. FH similar, GP similar not sure of changes, MI was the most improved team last year but probably similar spot, TR & LF battle for last but TR should improve a bit

I thought LF picked up a few AAA players. That should make them better. They were competitive all year. These additions can’t make them worse.

Lost a top G that they couldn't replace. Lost a skilled D that they didn't replace. Lost a strong F that they did replace. Sounds like they will be lucky if they don't drop.

GP lost quite a few of their best players. Not sure what they replaced them with. likely weaker.
NYK is rebuild with only a handful going back also. Likely weaker.
MI likely lost their 40 goal scorer, so will need to replace that. Likely a little weaker.
SYB likely improved on strong additions. improved.
FH likely lots of changes with a few going to LF. likely the same.
LF may surprise as they have some AAA's coming and FH players. Likely better.
TR likely bottom again. Not sure where they stand. Can't be worse.

Top teams: SYB/EE, then NT/WH
