Someone said on live barn the beast parents were so loud at the end of game buzzer and the kids threw their sticks like they won they championship, is that true?
I just watched it, scrolled through the game, watched a good chunk. Good game from the Beast, weak goaltending from VR but Beast obviously deserved the win.

Didn't see any crap from parents or players, Beast did not throw their sticks. Undefeated season is a very tough feat!
That is the key to victory, the goalies are the weakest link on the team. Just shoot and expect results.
Stay out of the box and pressure hard the whole game. Stay in their zone and shoot on net every opportunity. That is the secret sauce. Don't get intimidated from the Rangers, they are not as good as everyone thinks. They just behave themselves on the ice and have respect from the refs.
"they are not as good as everyone thinks." I mean I think they are good, beatable but good. Also they're overall 46-2-1 overall record says they are as good as everyone thinks. lol
There is a new sheriff in town and they are a Beast. Let them have their moment. Big shoes to fill and they proved themselves. Good coaching pays off.
Should make for a great final series, they've both proven themselves to be a class above the rest of the division.

All will be quiet until the 15th.

P.S. WM, HVS, ST are all terrible.

Unfortunately, the bottom 6 teams are overlooked. There are some players that are hidden gems flying under the radar based on team position.

Happens in the top teams as well. I’ve seen coaches underutilize kids BIG TIME on teams. Kids who are faster, more skilled, more of a team player are being treated as bottom feeders to put kids out and double shift kids who make mistake after mistake and stupid penalties in which their parents praise them for. It would probably kill those kids if they actually back checked once in a while. The pedestal they are put on is too tiring to get off of to think about their other teammates and only themselves. You coaches know who you are. This time of year parents are driving it into their kids heads that scouts are watching so to think about themselves, but actually it makes them look really back when they are hogging the puck and loosing it because they want to do it themselves. Kids like that will never move up, people will eventually see through it. I have four boys in hockey and I would loose it after a game if they played selfishly like that.

Sorry your kid is riding the pine, he might get more favorable ice time on another team. The bottom six definitely have some talent, I'm sure they'll be at skates looking for a more competitive team but may end up on the bench as well. Best of luck finding the right mix, happy "skate" season to all.

That comes down to poor coaching or lack of. We had this experience on the caps last season along with others. If it makes you feel any better, everyone who left the caps ended up on higher rank teams. So I won’t worry too much. Your boy will be be just fine.

My kids aren’t riding the pine, there’s a few on my kids team who deserve more than a few out there. My kids are on the pk and pp and a few kids sit and watch the other selfish players Not Allowed it up for everyone. Kids will make mistakes yeah, but being selfish and constantly loosing the game for your team because of stupid penalties and no discipline is insane. No discipline from the coach and they’re back out there to screw the team over again. A kid tried to say something to this coach has told kids to shut the Not Allowed up. Kids are too scared to say anything now.

Seasons almost over. Skate to get him on a team with better coaching and development. Look at the provincial rank change from last year provided a good indication on how well a coach can develop each player and promote inclusiveness on the team. Also scan the MHT's to see what others have complained about. Good luck
