2010 GTHL AA West
Re: 2010 GTHL AA West
Sharks and Toros pretty much staying the same. Panthers and Wolverines rebuilding most of the team, Terriers is the Streetsville core and a few Oakville kids. Caps is also full rebuild. Northstars trying to keep the core and a few terriers kids. A bunch of movement but may not change much.Guest wrote: ↑Tue Mar 04, 2025 3:00 pmAre Sharks, Panthers and Toros blowing up? Thought only Wolverines and ST blowing up.Guest wrote: ↑Tue Mar 04, 2025 2:25 pmI wouldn't expect much turnout from the West in Clancy. All those bottom teams blew up with the exception of westmall maybe?Guest wrote: ↑Tue Mar 04, 2025 1:46 pm To the non playoff teams, anyone know what's up with the Clancy? They pushed the start back, haven't released the format. What's up? still happening?
For the ones that made the playoffs, it will be final goodbyes for Terriers, Caps, Northstars
Beast is questionable now. Definitely not a playoff team

Sharks, Lighting, Wolverines and Panthers are all in the Clancy.Guest wrote: ↑Tue Mar 04, 2025 1:46 pm To the non playoff teams, anyone know what's up with the Clancy? They pushed the start back, haven't released the format. What's up? still happening?

Not in playoffs anymore!

Rangers and Eagles through with ease, closer battle in the Beast v Jets series than anticipated. Jets have them on the ropes and the Beast seem a long way from Silver Stick Champs.

Amazing work by the jets coaches for preparing them this well. From a team who struggled right to the end to make playoffs, they are a tie away from beating the silver stick champs. It’s been great hockey to watch, and the boys appreciate the extra effort put in to match the game play.Guest wrote: ↑Wed Mar 05, 2025 12:46 amYou forgot the big Asterix beside that last commentGuest wrote: ↑Tue Mar 04, 2025 11:46 pm Rangers and Eagles through with ease, closer battle in the Beast v Jets series than anticipated. The Jets are working hard for sure. At least the players that get sent out on the ice. One kid had one shift in the first and never saw the ice again!Guest wrote: ↑Wed Mar 05, 2025 8:00 amAmazing work by the jets coaches for preparing them this well. But in all honesty, the Jets would be done if not for their goalie. That kid stood on his head.
As an outsider just wanting to watch some good hockey, it was a great game.
I am a little disappointed in the parents... how come no outbursts or arguments with each other? That part was a little boring.

- MNS getting 4-5 Wolverine players
- Caps aren't full rebuild
- Toros going to have 7-8 changes and new coach

Jets have been kept alive by that goalie all season otherwise they'd be 10th place. Was he there last season? I remember another. Anyway good for them, cool if they could pull off a big upset.Guest wrote: ↑Wed Mar 05, 2025 8:41 amThe Jets are working hard for sure. At least the players that get sent out on the ice.
