Honest question, unlikely to get an honest answer i know but whatever.
Who is the best coach in the division? and not sure if it's the same but who is the best coach for development in the division? Who will make your player better.
JT and DD on JRC and its not even close. Guys who have played the game and have real connections.
People that say RP dont know his history, plus he just inherited good marlies teams.
RP by a long shot great development and incredible with the kids.
He is great with the parents and kids absolutely and that’s why he is there. Let’s be real most coaches are not great at handling parents.
TM have him take over teams in later years for this reason.
Previous to this year, the original coach that assembled TM teams has stayed on the bench with him. This year he took over a brand new TM team. They’re in the same position as last year at this time.
Every other team, other than MM have turned over half their team this year. So please explain to me why RP is this big and mighty development coach and is in the same position as that dumpster fire last year?!?

RP is the best coach for the back door deal. RP has his hands full with the 2010 age group. No recruits coming to save the day and we all know it
Deals are in motion. You guys are going to be shocked. Borders opened today no more schooling and back door deals needed by parents. They can sleep attend school and live in their family home beautiful thing. VK JRC will struggle and lose players cause of this. RP and the blue and white are welcoming with open arms to all those who’s hands have been tied for years from this corruption. Finally equal playing fields.

To add, they have the best goal, tending tandem in the league with some absolute new studs and still cant figure it out
the JRC coach is impressive for the reason that his roster is NOT a super team and is one of my favourite teams to watch, MR and the reps takes 1st given that his roster is no better then a "AA" team and he makes them competitive every season.
KC will win the championship for the next two seasons in my opinion.
VK and Sens will do the recruiting it takes, JRC will have to upgrade, TM and DMF will be busy but won’t grab the top end talent needed.
Multiple agents have told me you can't go wrong with RP or JT based on experience and imagine they will recruit very smartly for next season. KC is proven on winning but will he make some hard decisions next season for his group, KS is the poster boy for sens dads who are the real coach. I would avoid VK as they have top end talent already and not put my trust in a 1st time U16 coach in RA. Does anyone know who is coaching MR, TRW, TYN and can the Titans bring in LH in U16 to make them a contender? that would be interesting.
TRW new coaches. TYN same coaches. TT same coaches, who had the U16’s with the 08s. They were a bottom team before GN came on and were a playoff team for back to back years. They’ve done a decent job at building bad teams in short spans. TRW will be an entire new team. And TYN looks like they’re blowing up. Some good coaches there, but I think too many on the bench causes rifts

Not a ton of talent on TT but I think GN is a good coach, does well with what he has and not a bad place to develop compared to the other teams you listed that are similar spot in the standings.

Borders open big trouble for teams involved with Everest as schooling is no longer an issue. Kids no longer need to pay for school or sign back door deals to play in the G. Let the equal playing field begin. No more advantage in drafting for JRC and VK.

Between OHL/NCAA joining forces and open borders all these over priced school programs will diminish they serve no purpose.
