Go ahead drink the 3rd grade olive oil
Re: 2011 AAA
Why is it so hard to understand? Top teams typically cut one full forward and one full defense line - those kids had their chance and coach knows what he gets with them like strengths and weaknesses. So cut them loose and draw another random card -- if the new kid ends up equally useless, they will just fill the bench warmer spot. But who knows, maybe the new kids will surprise. Generally new kids coming in will have more drive to impress so you win right off the bat.Guest wrote: ↑Wed Jan 08, 2025 4:31 pmI see but why do so many kids from teams 1-3 get replaced from kids on lower teams????????Guest wrote: ↑Wed Jan 08, 2025 4:25 pmYou develop more in practice, against better players. So the 3rd line kids taking reps against the top line guys on the top teams 2-3x a week are developing more than playing on a lousy team and getting smashed in a 2.5 team league.Guest wrote: ↑Wed Jan 08, 2025 7:22 am Wrong. What I said is the truth. Development comes from playing, not sitting on the bench. Everyone knows that, yet you have parents who put their kids on top AAA teams thinking they're doing them a solid, but if they're not playing, they're not developing. U16 is the only year that matters, so why not put your kid on a team where they will get a ton of minutes? Those kids will pass the kids on top AAA teams who sit on the bench and watch.
This is a big problem for Canadian hockey. Development is the whole point of minor hockey. Chasing a logo or trophy or whatever is totally pointless.
Those kids are essentially playing against AA kids no???????

This is great material , highlighting a guy that knows nothing about elite sports but things he does. He is reading this right now scratching his head and swearing at the screen, maybe one day you will realize that you are clueless when it comes to sports!Guest wrote: ↑Thu Jan 09, 2025 1:06 pmWhy is it so hard to understand? How the organization even gave this guy a team is beyond me. Then again they gave AK a team at NYR so who knows what these owners are thinking.

No way, has to be RC... sounds like one of those infomercials cold calling every 2011 parent in the loop "this offer is good for 48 hours, act now or forever lose the chance to be yelled at by a lunatic on the bench every game"Guest wrote: ↑Thu Jan 09, 2025 4:38 pmThe award for used car sales man goes to :Guest wrote: ↑Thu Jan 09, 2025 4:14 pmThis guys give the greasiest used car sales vibes that ever existed
