Zero impact on development of great players with high ceilings !

OMHA will change and the marginal AAA players in the GTHL will have to move on. The GTHL will be the premier league and everyone else will struggle.

The top 3 have already done their reaching out. Next will be the mid teams. I think the biggest benefactors will be the teams closest to the west and east.
