When they are on, not much you can do, they move the puck better than most u16 teams. Fw and D gave up, left the goalie out to dry,

thanks goalie dad. we knew you would respond. blame it on the rest of the team and just try to justify 13 GAA in a game. brick was a long time ago.

Imagine he is looking for a new team next year and coaches were being petty by not pulling him. Feel bad for the kid.

The way to avoid that is don’t let in 13 goals. Be better.

DMF is well positioned
I agree with DMF and I think the Rebels are a pain in the butt to play against as WELL and have been rough housing for a couple years now. Those are my two picks for sure. I would imagine JRC Marlies and NYR will look much different.
Top players will remain top players for at least one more year. Can’t hit what you can’t catch. None of the kids will be immediately prepared with proper timing in respect to hitting until near the end of the year at best. Top teams, minus JRC are turning over a lot of players. All of which are dropping smaller 3rd liners and 4,5,6 numbered dman and replacing them with bigger, equally or better skilled players. Many of which are from out of the G.

Who outside of the G will be coming in this upcoming year
My kid could come but you guys are too crazy to deal with. I’ll stay in the O out of your toxic shit

I know when my kid left the O to come play in the G it was a big adjustment the speed and talent of the league were a much higher level and it took some time to catch up. My kid was one of the top kids before coming and we had high expectations for him and realized after a month this was different hockey in the G as a result my kid's growth was much better and he's now playing great hockey. OMHA kids better not think for a second they are coming here to light it up because its not going to happen in all fairness.

We are looking to join the G and have been presented lots of options. All of the playoff bound teams look to have a strong future moving into next season. Bottom teams are just so weak. I can’t see anyone of any relevance wanting to play on those teams. I just see the as perennial bottom feeder teams. Everyone is going to keep getting better but the bottom four lack any significant talent to build around. I’ve heard good things about some of those coaches but I just think it’s going to be tough to build. Everyone I speak to feels the same. Just my thoughts.

My kid came from the O to the G a few years ago. Be humble enough that if you want into the G, your kid will have to spend a year shovelling crap on one of the bottom 3 teams, unless he’s a superstar. The bottom 3 in the G are a close comparable to top 3 in the O. Your kid plays in the G for one season and they get exposure to better teams. It’s not always about being the best, it’s about exposure and development. The G is leaps and bounds better than the OMHA.

If you are not being offered a spot and have to get your foot in the door on a bad team then your kid probably stinks and you are there so you can tell your buddies your kid plays in the G. Sorry.
