Hearing they are blowing up with kids going to NYK and others going to SIR with the new coach from the Single A team taking over the team.

Also Ted Reeves has a new coach, probably some roster movement there.

I heard GT Caps in the West are looking for a couple more players to complete their roster for next season.

I've heard a few teams in the West looking to fill out their rosters. Great opportunity to play a wider range of competition vs the same teams every other week. Some of the teams are right on the East/West border so the bulk of your games/practices are not that different than they are already. Being a D means you are always in demand.

The East is so much more competitive why would anyone leave. 5 teams in the top 25 in Ontario. The West has 1.

But the East is only playing against 6 other teams, and that's how they're being ranked.

They are ranked based on their results against other teams that are good. Turns out playing strong competition each week helps you.
