How would you handle a parent on your team spearing rumours about your playe?

And before you all go off it’s been confirmed from several sources.

A. Confront them
B. ignore it
C. Start spreading true ones about them
D. Open to suggestions

Confront and ask where they heard it from

This, and maybe also refrain from trash talking and spreading rumours about 11 year olds so that there’s nothing negative for them to see in the first place. It’s disgusting that adults feel the need to gossip about children.
