The same reason that your wife is not a supermodel skinny blonde with DD’s. It is an illusion. Just because you see that one Unicorn, does not mean you are worthy of that. There is not a single good coach, that cares about your kid, will show up and be the best development coach ever, not have a hockey school, a kid on the team, spend time away from their family to get paid peanuts. While every decision is scrutinized by unathletic parents trying to climb to s,hit ladder that is minor hockey. If your coach shows up on time, knows how to skate and shoot and the kids do not absolutely hate him you are the lucky one.

There are maybe a handful of coaches that tick all the boxes, and they are DO NOT coach AAA for very long.

TT needs to be in the 12th spot until they can actually prove something. They were everyone’s darling and ranked this year as high as 7th or 8th. Just a poorly coached and doomed team. Consistently at the bottom of the rankings for three years when they’ve added so many players. Even with the mid-season acquisition of AJ they are still a bottom team. Something isn’t right on that squad. Everything else accurate, but move TT down to 12.

After TT stole AJ they have a total of 3F’s who can play AAA and 1D. They are about to go 0-3 in the weakest pool in Oakville. They lost to the sens. All those parents need to give their head a shake kids shouldn’t be playing AAA. Your kids are unhappy losing and if they aren’t they don’t care and you are wasting you’re money
