I think accurate although I would move Rebels to tier 4. They are picking up all the REPS cuts and lost their best forward and goalie. DMF to tier 2.

Rebels are last and they are losing four of their best players. MF, CG, MD, GA. NYR losing a lot of players and the Reps need to move down.

Good point about the Rebels but not DMF. They haven’t picked up anyone good and would lose to TM 10/10 times. Not the same level. Rebels to Tier 4 but the rest stay as is.

If Massi and Cortese are back then you know the Rebels are light years away from even being decent.
