You’re an idiot. You look up u16 stats. If you actually knew the family, coaches or teammates you’d have a clue but here you are popping off.
2015 AAA

Yup, popping off how they were a top three team in U16, U15, and U13 (U14 was Covid). Very mid-packGuest wrote: ↑Sun Dec 29, 2024 7:49 amYou’re an idiot. You look up u16 stats. If you actually knew the family, coaches or teammates you’d have a clue but here you are popping off.
Let’s also pop off on his teammates…the number one draft pick of the 2022 draft as well as 4-5 others in the 2023 draft. Mid-pack for sure
Let’s pop off on his mid-pack coaches who are some of the best in the GTA. Former NHL goalie one of them.
Oh and his dad used to play in the OHL also. But I’m sure you knew all this and know that being on a mid to low level team will benefit you more as a goalie.

What happens from U14 onwards is very different than everything before it. You need to maximize time on ice and opportunity at the younger ages. Once they’re older you can then make decisions based upon coaching, surrounding cast, and position in league standings.Guest wrote: ↑Sun Dec 29, 2024 9:06 amYup, popping off how they were a top three team in U16, U15, and U13 (U14 was Covid). Everything until then is all development. Not saying you want to be on a bottom feeder but upper mid-pack is just fine. 4-6 range and you’re competitive every night. Competition makes the improvement not just positioning in standings

Goalie parent here. Chill. lol. Kids are super young.
Any goalie coach worth his salt, or goalie can tell which kids are putting in the work to get the proper technique nailed down and those that are just playing stand up, adding in some athleticism with a good glove.
The goalies putting up the best stats in u10 are likely not going to be the top goalies in u12.
There are maybe 6 (8?) goalies in the U10 G-loop that are following a long term development plan - along with some natural ability. That’s before we even talk about height -
Re: 2015 AAA
You dumb ass! You’re referencing the 06 team of Misa and Spence. The 07 Sens were coached by Lucky. But keep going Stats. Taylor was their top draft pick.Guest wrote: ↑Sun Dec 29, 2024 9:06 amYup, popping off how they were a top three team in U16, U15, and U13 (U14 was Covid).
