JRC didn't get rid of their goalie.

The goalie got rid of JRC.
The player made the decision NOT the team.

Guest wrote: Mon Apr 21, 2025 9:21 am I have a AAA kid but he's not good enough to play for either Brick team. We were at westwood over the weekend and got to watch the PHD team practice a bit. If they can play as a team they will be scary good.
We watched Saturday. Best fwd was HB best D was EM. Didn't even see LA
Last weekend was the first time that I got to see EM play. The hype around this kid is real. He’s big and strong and lightening fast. Too bad he stayed at WW. He’ll be wasted their.
Playing catch up here , thought I'd add to this EM hype

Well written AM ....... (WW people now know)

Okay, but why? You're on a championship team.

This will surprise some people, but minor hockey is about more than winning championships. I admire people who walk away from “championship” teams, they obviously have their reasons.

Loser parents will pay whatever they are told. My hardworking kid now a loser like all the other non brick kids.
What am I supposed to tell my him?
This is the great thing about the Brick. It puts kids in their respective place at an early age. There is a Brick kid .. you need to work harder, do more Dryland, shoot more pucks, participate in more skates, listen more closely if you are to ever close the gap to the Brick kid. The reality is that the gap will widen as days past unless you ramp it up 2x versus what you are doing today. Know the Brick kids and now you know what it means to be 'Elite' at something.

Listen if you want to be a brick kid.. sing up
For mass HP program, say for his $100 a shot skates At emery where he crams 10 kids in a pad made for goalie training. Pay for all the “training” of all his spring teams. Minimum 30k each kid invested prior to brick. Then pray he doesn’t Not Allowed you over for someone who just pays for his golf membership. It’s simple! You don’t have to be brick calibre.. fact is he’s not even brick calibre himself. He’s never coached a wining brick team ever…. So like his daddy did for him just pay for you’re kids spot.

You are missing the point .. there is AAA and then there is the 'Brick' level. AAA is a step down and the sooner you face these facts you can play this game for what it is .. recreation.

How did the final TM roster shape up? Who got dropped and who’s staying? Seems ML didnt take some of his top scorers from top 3 from TM to Brick. What’s the deal with that?

I get that for the kids who are actually brick quality not brick kids who payed to be there… it’s different the sooner you face these facts… the sooner you’ll realize we all know who actually are brick kids and who isn’t really a brick kid they just have the uniform to say they were
