After a while these loyal parents will also no longer be loyal unless they can’t find a spot on another team. Do the right thing coach.

It is also March Break... If the coaches current team puts on team snap that 90% of the kids are not available to make said practice because everyone is in Cuba.. why wouldn't the coach cancel practice? My son's current team had practices over the weekend and half the team was not there..
Exactly. If this was last min coach not showing up it’s a different story. Some parents are just upset they not going TRW either on their own or not asked and just love drama. Then come here to talk trash.
This is the issue with hockey these days. Coaches (especially non-parent coaches) are not even interested in committing to one team at a time. AC has always been about what hes contractually obligated to do. Last year it was only 2 out of 3 practices. Taking kids from Toronto area that train with him at Toronto Elite. Firing his assistant coach because they got a G team as well. Over promising for spots on TRW next year. This is just the latest stunt.

So NS coach going to coach TRW? How many NS kids going? That team has struggled in KSL.

Do you people click on “ I am human” to submit your posts? Should say “ I am a dumb human”. You are all missing the point. NS ice time and coaching fees are for NS not TRW. Don’t overlap and this shit wouldn’t happen. AC is the one creating and initiating the drama.

I hear there are over 30 kids committed to playing for TRW....longest bench in hockey history. 3 minutes of ice time per kid.

I've heard people quoting 20+

I know of 11 kids who say they have committed personally, and I am not even connected to any kids from the actual Toronto Area.
I've heard rumours of him running the AA program too and people are committing, not knowing that they are actually on the AA team.

Have you watched them play? They are the epitome of "selfish teams" I watched 5 or 6 games this year. No passing, shifts that last two or three minutes, no system what-so-ever, kids not even attempting to back check.

Its honestly everything you would normally blame a coach for. They are a joke.

The kids, most are pretty talented. They are what is wrong with hockey. kids who only focus on individual skill sessions with AC, not even remotely interested in playing the sport of hockey as a team. They just all seem checked out, and not interested in playing for this team. But are willing to follow the coach to next year? Make that make sense... holy shit.

a coaches job is to make the TEAM better every week. This team hasn't progressed even a bit. Individually, maybe?

There is no TRW AA team. Another example of someone who doesn’t know what they are talking about … still talking.

I’m really not sure what all the negativity surrounding JRC is all about. My son was at the skate they held this past weekend. The coaches seem great and the talent level was very high compared to the other ones we’ve been to. People need to wake up and stop being so negative.
