Why don’t you share your name so we know who your kid is and where you’re coming from? Hiding behind a screen to insult parents and kids won’t make your life any better. And yes, NYHL is weaker than Klevr—that’s just the reality.
Re: 2016 AAA
The kids who are best in u7 /u8 are hardly the best at u15
The parents probably know nothing about hockey and the kid is probably a goal suck who is already past his best days

Re: 2016 AAA
Let the lemacchia’s scam him like everyone else. TBD was a joke so watered down the talent is all a money grab their brick program is like a pyramid scheme. So many better spring program options then playing your whole summer in Vaughn sports plex. Look the teams that do these amazing tournaments hhof the mayhem in the mall those orgs put in such a great experience with damn good hockey. Not the water down bulldog shit that everyone makes it! lol. They all of a sudden have 2 elite teams and 4 AAA teams. Read between the lines. There’s better programs with better development.Guest wrote: ↑Wed Mar 19, 2025 12:56 pm shout out to that a$s clown dad saunaier or whatever his name is. comments on an nyhl post his kid was too elite for the nyhl. that kid is on the ice 10 hours a week and he licks lamacchias peanuts and still not even in brick contention. he doesn’t score and too small so gets pushed off the puck. and his kid is TOO GOOD for the nyhl. gtfoh

Yes playing for the good Doctor is pure development, run to join that program.

The G is so toxic....
I mean, all hockey is to some degree, but I can't get over the levels of insanity. If you live in Toronto, I get it, but why at 9yo are people dying to go there? It makes zero sense.
OMHA AAA hockey is just as good, and the added kids back will only make it better.

Parents need to get their head out of their a$$es. This isn’t fantasy nhl. These are 9 year olds. Focus on your own kid and don’t worry about what other parents are doing, or where they’re going, or what they’re posting. Find a team where you like the coach and believe in his philosophy, and where your kid can fit in and grow as a hockey player. The rest is just made up drama from bored parents.Guest wrote: ↑Thu Mar 20, 2025 8:55 am The G is so toxic....

Re: 2016 AAA
I am down to the wire trying to make a decision for my kid. Given the top 4 or 5 teams this year will be going toe-to-toe with each other and having tight games, I think it seems like a rare year where if you're a strong goalie it would actually make sense to play for a top team. Lots of shots in competitive G games plus top-end tournament games and finals. Better shots in practice. I'd assume it would be better for my goalie's reputation moving forward too. Thoughts on this?
Re: 2016 AAA
The worst place for a goalie at U10 is on a top 3 team. That is where goalies go to fizzle away. Find 4-8 team and see lots of game shots and still get some wins. Go to the top team at u13 + . I have a goalie kid who went through it all. Any top goalie parent will tell you this. The notion that the practice shots are better is whacky--- you think the 1st place team has better shooters than the 5th place team that actually will make a difference in practice.... nope.Guest wrote: ↑Thu Mar 20, 2025 9:58 am I am down to the wire trying to make a decision for my kid. Any top goalie on a top 2 team will not be a top goalie for long.
