Soon as the borders announcement happens this week all those kids that thought they had spots and commitments will be scrambling as this is going to change the landscape of the top teams. Let the chaos begin.

Open boarders is happening 100%
This doesn't mean what people think unfortunately. Players in the OMHA can move freely within the OMHA however players from the OMHA will not be able to come to the GTHL.
What does this mean you ask? Mercifully it means less mullets and fat Karens downtown.

The rambling nonsense is probably because they are embarrassed beating a 2017 team in the finals of a tournament that probably cost good $$$ to go for the weekend. I didn’t even get to see a instagram post of what the trophy looked like. Bummer! Which team next year based on knowledge of the coaching staff will be the most optimal development opportunity for players through games, practices and other training?. Some coaches are new to coaching at the AAA level and so it makes it difficult to know. As you know some kids are more advanced than others who can end up in situations where they don’t develop much and others who are less advanced than make huge gains due to the situation whether more ice time, mentoring and teaching by coaches.
