15 nice guys not coaches in over head 14 toxic coaches team has blown up could have been best in province 13 kids not developing top kids will leave for coaching head coach is toxic 12 to much bored involvmnt good core non parent coaches will help should be best alliance team next year 11 Awesome 10 nice guys but rebuild year need to recroot a couple kids and good assistant coach
EMC best team next year? Do your parents even talk to each other? Guess you aren't in the loop because sounds like majority of those kids have found new teams for next year
Be skeptical of what you hear. I have also heard that kids from EMC are leaving.. but I’ve also heard the same number of kids from nearly all other teams are leaving. It’s the drama that you all love so much. Have you ever played telephone?
I said it earlier.. better players from weaker teams will move, not as good of players from stronger teams will move. Sure there may be an outlier here or there.. but this isn’t shocking information

Hopefully there is loyalty both ways. A top team should want and keep all their players, chemistry is important. A player that’s frustrated with coaching or a situation should consider working through to develop a life skill. Open borders shouldn’t be a free for all, it should be a reprieve for those in bad situations and an opportunity for kids to play at the level they belong.
