Why would EMC pick up more bench warmers? They have those. If you had some vision, you would see that building a top team for the next few years requires recruiting top kids - bench warmers exist because they cannot play at the level EMC wants to play at. They play to win, not for equal ice time. If you want equal ice time, go to MD or AA or A. If you can produce at the AAA level and compete, you wont sit you on the bench for long. EMC and CK have vision because they are building a roster now that can compete in a few years when things matter. LJK ..who are you recruiting right now?Guest wrote: ↑Wed Feb 26, 2025 2:23 pmAnyone who knows any thing about alliance would never leave a good situation to go to EMCGuest wrote: ↑Wed Feb 26, 2025 1:44 pmHope they enjoy warming the bench - we all know EMC only plays half their team.Guest wrote: ↑Wed Feb 26, 2025 1:23 pmEMC has swooped in to grab LJK and CKC kids. This is not true at all. Kids may be getting recruited, but not all teams are doing this and definitely not all teams are confirmed.

You just called half your team benchwarmers for the last four years. How does that feel parents knowing you just paid for the other half of the team to play hockey while you watch?

Hahahahhahaah EMC is a scumbag organization. Just because they’re related to you doesn’t mean they can play. Take the dad goggles off: emc doesn’t develop shit, don’t put yourselves in the same league as CK

CKC runs two powerplay units and their goalies have split the season for games played. Great observation skills tho.Guest wrote: ↑Wed Feb 26, 2025 1:56 pmCKC also only plays 1 pp and 1 goalieGuest wrote: ↑Wed Feb 26, 2025 1:44 pmHope they enjoy warming the bench - we all know EMC only plays half their team.Guest wrote: ↑Wed Feb 26, 2025 1:23 pmEMC has swooped in to grab LJK and CKC kids. EMC is trying to normalize what they do by bringing others down with them. No one else is benching kids under the age of 12 on a regular basis, not one other organization.Guest wrote: ↑Wed Feb 26, 2025 5:16 pmCKC runs two powerplay units and their goalies have split the season for games played. Re: Alliance 2012 Hockey
No one twists your arm to stay? If parents choose to stay on a team or a kid chooses to stay on a team even if they sit the bench that's their decision and its likely because they rather say they play AAA than any other level even if they don't get much ice. Some kids actually deserve more ice time in certain situations -thats how you compete. If you dont want to compete, find another level.Guest wrote: ↑Wed Feb 26, 2025 4:54 pm You just called half your team benchwarmers for the last four years. CKC does.Guest wrote: ↑Wed Feb 26, 2025 5:20 pmOMG CKC has one PP unit and has played them ALL year..over and over again. Yes the other kids might get 30 or 20 seconds but you cant do anything in that time most of the time.Guest wrote: ↑Wed Feb 26, 2025 5:16 pmCKC runs two powerplay units and their goalies have split the season for games played. Re: Alliance 2012 Hockey
I’m sorry, I honestly don’t know the answer.. but who is getting benched there in a normal game? In tight games I am pretty sure all teams shorten the bench a bit .. it’s aaa not house leagueGuest wrote: ↑Wed Feb 26, 2025 5:28 pmCKC does.Guest wrote: ↑Wed Feb 26, 2025 5:20 pmOMG CKC has one PP unit and has played them ALL year..over and over again. it starts to happen around u15 but until then you need to develop your base, the best orgs have long term development strategiesGuest wrote: ↑Wed Feb 26, 2025 5:20 pmEMC is trying to normalize what they do by bringing others down with them. I get LJK kids maybe looking at EMC, but in what universe is a CKC kid going to EMC?
