Do you all see, even if half of what is said here is true, this is concerning. A grown man, afraid to speak up because he's scared of what MM would do to him. We ALL KNOW MM is a liar, a narcissist, and abusive. You have all seen the stories, these are no fictitious, these are facts. Year after year, this man is allowed to coach, to negatively impact another child. The AMHA bows down to to this man, kissing his disturbed a#$ and giving him whatever he wants. Allowing him to knowingly cheat in at least 5 games this season, and not doing anything about it. His wife and CS can come on here all they want singing his praises and chanting go tigers go, but nobody is buying it. He has access to great coaches, BE, GB, JC all incredible human beings that could teach the boys real hockey. Yet they have all distanced themselves from this man, leaving MM to recruit a 17 yr old kid as an assistant coach. God help that poor child. This man is such a narcissist that he has a team parent act a spy and run to him, telling him everything the parents say, and whom socializes with whom.
To the poster who fears MM with "screw him up" MM cant do anything to you pal, he just causes fear and laughs at about at home. Get away from MM and the AMHA, your kid will thank you for it.
The fact that nobody wants to coach with him is telling.
Apparently, his wife is going to help out
help out wit what? Team manager? We all know he'll need a new one of those. Or, maybe she'll open doors and teach MM what a proper line change looks like. Maybe she'll be trainer so she can help wipe the tears of all the kids he leaves crying on the bench.
Ok - public service announcement to these few parents here who are obviously unhappy with this MM guy (I don't know anything about him). Borders are open, it's time to leave, you can't fix the organization.
I have a son on a different aurora team, and our top 5 or 6 players are all going to newmarket. We don't care if they play AA or A, just need to be in a better environment to actually enjoy the game. We have no plans to have year end blowout with the coach or executive, or post slanders against everything we are unhappy with. Vote with your dollars and your presence...move...on... it's over. Be an adult, show your kid the world is generally full of free choice...and when the opportunity presents itself.. use it!
Good luck to all those moving on this spring...finally the kids are free!
Are you not worried with what is going to be left with the Tigers Association. If top players are leaving, the issue is that the team will be filled with
bottom level players or even house league players. My question .. who is coming in to replace you .. are you not feeling guilty leaving team in a sorry state?
No need for guilt. The association has treated our family and our team awfully. We will miss some of the parents, but we will remain good friends outside of hockey like we always have. Look forward - not back!

Why on gods green Earth, would a parent care even remotely about the talent level of a team they are leaving? Not only is that not their problem, it would be quite a weird stance to think your kid is so irreplaceable that you would even say something like that out loud.
