Why is he still the coach? The board must recognize that very few from the team is returning. Or does he just point the finger at others? Try to justify his behaviour by blaming families that he claims are toxic? Are any of his coaches from last year returning?

OHP one for the parents of younger kids is pretty good too. But, I agree. Its lovely to see kids exercising their ability to skate elsewhere.

That's exactly what MM does, point the finger and blames everyone else, he's perfect and can do know wrong. word is, NO ONE IS returning to coach with him. He recruited TF from TF hockey as his assistant.17yrd old kid, coaching U14AA with zero coaching experience. MM is going to ruin him for sure.

This is on AMHA. If only they took the survey seriously...

He’s also fishing out all the AA cuts. No one is choosing Aurora 14AA First. MM is an embarrassment to the Aurora hockey community. The amount of people laughing at him right now is absolute bliss.

Pretty common practice in hockey to recruit when you build a team. Your grasping at straws here to critique him. One of his many strengths as a coach is recognizing talent and giving kids a chance. Hopefully your kid/kids have been signed on another team to have a fresh start and you have a great 25/26 season. Time to put the MM bashing to rest.
