He might be qualified, but make no mistake, he is there to make sure his kid gets all the minutes. He won’t care about the team or development. It’s HP all the way at the expense of all other kids.
Its on you to step on - cheat - lie - steal - backstab - bang and blow whoever you need . This is the only way the bottom 95 percent of team gets anywhere. This is hockey - toxic to the core. And sadly this is how we are teaching our kids to succeed in life as well - its all daddys money and mommys tonsils.

Sure, but every single parent coach in the organization does this. If you can get away with it, why wouldn’t you?
