FT coaches should get some recognition for how they've turned it around. Same with TE. Worst coach by far has to be ST. No structure at all to how they play.

Hard to highlight one team. TW, MT have best coaching from scouting to game plan, from people management to self confidence. MNS and HVS are also very good. FT, WML and Beast are ok. TE good kids, but not so good coaches. Give them MT coach and they will challenge TW. VR is the only team where I can't rate coaching, very mixed impressions. They use system, but individually weak and not getting better, especially defenders. ST coaches are a disaster. Always angry, always shouting, kids look anxious and frightened, at the same time they have no tactics.

Rule of a thumb. When a team is in top 5, kids arrive at the arena (somewhere between 1 hour to 45 minutes before the game) relaxed with smiles on their faces, have at least 10-15 minutes warm up with jokes and music and after a game they leave dressing room quickly- it's a good sign.

Former MB here. Just wanted to quickly say last year the team was
500. At Christmas before going undefeated rest of way including a win to TW. I'm not saying it's happening again but don't be shocked if they turn it around after break. Still rooting for you MB!!
