It's the ONLY closed border AAA league in this entire country too, its not the players or coaches fault..... Communist controlled Associations want to KEEP it that way too.
Holy f. Take the tin foil hat off

The only way average players in the GTHL get to play AAA is in the Alliance league in Stratford

Of the 22 skaters from the Canadian World Junior Team:

4 Alliance kids (Akey, Gibson, Cowan, Luchanko)

4 GTHL (That's if you include Martone who spent almost all of minor hockey in Peterborough but played U16 for JRC, same goes for Rehkopf {from Barrie} + Pinelli, Dickinson)

2 Ottawa (Bonk, Beaudoin)

2 OMHA (Schaefer, Ritchie)

Let’s be real, NO league in the world develops more pro players than the GTHL. Look at NHL rosters, European leagues, and even international tournaments, the GTHL is everywhere. Players like Connor McDavid, Mitch Marner, Steven Stamkos, and Tyler Seguin all came through the GTHL system. It’s not just about making the NHL GTHL alumni dominate pro leagues globally because of the high level of competition they face from day one. You can hate on the league all you want, but the numbers speak for themselves, the GTHL is the undisputed factory of hockey talent.

Nice! Alliance is top 2 reps here and that from a league where you are hostage to play from your place of residence too!

Watched them play, disappointing. To many weak players not of AAA calibre
66-22 are ok. Kinda ends pretty quickly there though
Waterloo still better than the bottom six teams.
Bottom six not sure the problem with them - coaches, players or both or boards.
If you look at EMC the 4/5 players are LJK would change LJk.

Waterloo better than the bottom six? That’s like saying you’re the best of the worst.
Why are we acting like Waterloo is doing worse than expected? Have beat all of the other top teams this year, only tied HP but beat them in pre-season so I would say they're exactly as expected. They've choked in a few tournaments, so what.

I just looked, and they're in second place. I don't get it
