RP cares more about pushing kids to the next level then any other coach in the age group. Most are dialled in on money guys winning in the moment and their own reputation as a coach in minor hockey. RP is preparing kids for the next level cause that is his goal. Seeing as many kids live out their dreams with him being a a small part of that. That’s what makes him tick. NO ONE DOES IT BETTER.

Not hard to have top team with that jersey logo dumb ass. But for some reason he’s firing for playoff spot. Why is that ?

Don’t worry they will win it all book it! This year with adversity. Next year with incredible talent. Rebuilds aren’t easy but it was necessary. Stay tuned. Go look at all the coaches instas promoting their hockey schools. While RP promotes his players achievements at every level. That’s a coach and team I want to be apart of. Mic Drop!!

Great point all these other guys are promoting camps, schools, spring teams anything to make a buck bring them in get paid ship them out.

nothing worse than the Habs and that JRC name, in this division JT takes the crown, can anyone in here even name a D on their team? How do they look n”sync, pass and PP is outstanding. JRC is very well coached considering they won a lot of games even last season with a 2011 goalie, I do think they will be stacked next year.

KS- has done amazing with a ton of talent, revisions and focus on coaching can take the Sens over the mountain, he’s the guy and can do it. Sensational will be my pick for champions this season if KS can get them to play a brand of playoff hockey. Winning big tournaments and staying on top of the best division in hockey.

KC- has been the top of the mountain for years, unfortunately with some heavy weights coming into the division, KC will be challenged but still look to keep supremacy. KC has mountain men for players currently and what will he be willing to do to keep the title.

MS- hell of a recruiter, has the two best defence in the league and will provide a top end talented team. Seems to be coaching them and keeping the team amongst the top.

RP- aren’t the Marlies getting worse? What’s changed other than there record? Too much gossip around this staff to be taking the crown. Who knows, but I will be very surprised with any top end players showing up.

RA- sales pitch will have you in a DMF jersey. Doing great this season with providing structure and team systems that keep DMF competitive.

JT and DD on JRC and its not even close. Guys who have played the game and have real connections.

He is great with the parents and kids absolutely and that’s why he is there. Let’s be real most coaches are not great at handling parents.
TM have him take over teams in later years for this reason.

Previous to this year, the original coach that assembled TM teams has stayed on the bench with him. This year he took over a brand new TM team. They’re in the same position as last year at this time.

Every other team, other than MM have turned over half their team this year. So please explain to me why RP is this big and mighty development coach and is in the same position as that dumpster fire last year?!?

To add, they have the best goal, tending tandem in the league with some absolute new studs and still cant figure it out

the JRC coach is impressive for the reason that his roster is NOT a super team and is one of my favourite teams to watch, MR and the reps takes 1st given that his roster is no better then a "AA" team and he makes them competitive every season.

Multiple agents have told me you can't go wrong with RP or JT based on experience and imagine they will recruit very smartly for next season. KC is proven on winning but will he make some hard decisions next season for his group, KS is the poster boy for sens dads who are the real coach. I would avoid VK as they have top end talent already and not put my trust in a 1st time U16 coach in RA. Does anyone know who is coaching MR, TRW, TYN and can the Titans bring in LH in U16 to make them a contender? that would be interesting.

I don't think the Titans are making a change, but even if they did bring in LH I think that is too tall a mountain to climb. Would take some serious recruiting.
