Scta 2010
Re: Scta 2010
Think it will be a fight between burlington, Hamilton and GB. That being said, lots of unhappy parents and that always leads to poor team performanceGuest wrote: ↑Fri Dec 13, 2024 2:54 pm Meanwhile, back in the SCTA, can NN hold second until regular season is over? If so, who will join them and CRC in the OMHA championship tournament? Now that GB has won a couple, how high up the standings can they climb?

Tonight and this weekend should show quite a lot about where each of the teams are heading. Until now, excluding CRC, any team could win or lose against almost any league opponent.

On any given day even the mighty CRC can drop a game. All depends on which kids show up on which day. Beautiful thing about this sport is that if all the players buy in and play hard, its anybodies game!

I agree that CRC is likely to drop a game or two before the regular season is over, but 2 things will have to happen to see that: CRC will have to be "off" either because of injury, illness or boredom, and the opponent will have to bring their A game for 50 minutes. A couple of times this season I thought CRC's run was ending, but they pulled out the win in the 3rd or in OT.
I think STA can still battle for a spot in the top 4, based solely on the games played to date, but admittedly, I know nothing of any parental or morale problems that could derail teams.

Dont you know, nobody is ever happy unless you are that kid that is getting endless amounts of ice. Those that know they dont belong are just happy to be on the team, and those that think they deserve more will look elsewhere. ITs how it always is everywhere, no matter what league or what team.
CRC will lose, and CRC will break up. Too much conflict behind the scenes that I believe coach is oblivious to. STA seems to have been declining every year, Niagara is mediocre at best but where do those players go?

Wonder where those CRC kids go? Must already have commitments if thats the talk. There are a few kids who deserve to be on top G teams earning top minutes in my mind. STA has one kid they overplay because he is all they have, and to be honest the kid looks like he doesn't even want to be on the ice. NN will drop in the standings and Grey Bruce will make their end of season run as usual. All others including our HH team will stay the same and suck

Here in Oakville we are anticipating a strong finish to the season
. Everyone already looking elsewhere for next season.

Re: Scta 2010
I hear Halton is going for a big overhaul, the screamer on the bench should go and perhaps look to the 09 coaches to take over
Re: Scta 2010
