I hate my current situation and have voiced my displeasure. I've already been called by 3 other teams for next season since 11am today. Craziness has already begun....

Exactly. Let SV call around and do what's best for his child - Nothing wrong with that! And if you think he's the only one doing it, you're an idiot.

Organizations better step up and find great coaching and development or risk losing the few good players they have. I think we'll see a couple super teams that can finally compete with the G. Let's go!

Under U12 parents want development both skill and in game. Building a bench that benefits player/team development instead of individual advancement will be crucial for organizational success. Selfish coaches need not apply.
U13+ parents are looking to compete at the national level in preparation for their players next steps in hockey. Let’s keep perspective, if you are truly impactful in player development no one will want to leave your organization. Pick the right coaches with the right intentions. Minor hockey is officially a business
