They are still ass.

TW were playing a lot of close games and getting away with a lot of games that should have been ties. Someone was bound to beat them and I guess it was the MB's night

I wouldn't get too much of a woody based on this win.

The MOB and their squad will lose the next 2 of 3 against mid packers.

Even the mighty TW can fall to almost anyone. They have 3 ties, how many 1 goal games? How many of those were Lindros friendly calls?? We have all seen those calls first hand.

Did you watch the game? It was back and fourth, wouldn't expect any less from a VR parent who's team let in 9 goals on 13 shots lol

Bull crap.
Both teams controlled play at times, as you would expect from two good teams. TW pressed hard in the last half of the 3rd, while MB had a big advantage early in the game, and never trailed. Yes, the MB goalie was a big difference, as your #1 should be against the top team in the West. But, MB put together their best game of the season. All three lines were going. Very well officiated game with only a couple of minors called. TW are a very well coached & disciplined team. Clearly the class of the loop. MB took them down last year after TW had a long unbeaten string, and TW never lost another game till the division final. No doubt they are skilled enough to go on another run this year.
