Why do we attack coaches...go to another team if you don't like it. Borders are open too. Options are endless. End this guys. You are not getting ahead by keeping attacking the same coaches and kids. Tonight I witnessed a Spolied BRAT use is stick and attack a teammate because he was being taken off being a forward. The 11 year olds solved it and the BRAT got what he what he needed by a teammate. It was wrong by both 11 year olds and coaches got involved and solved it and moved on. Yet we all seem to attack each other that we truly like because of the high intensity of AAA hockey. All of our kids are experiencing stress from all of us it happens and they are at that age becoming men. It's a tricky time for these boys. These coaches which I watched solved the problem and moved on as a team. If you don't like our kids becoming men and playing at such a high level with lots of intensity and with such a high level of competition with not only themselves but with each other than play at a lesser level. The job of these coaches playing with all of this out of control testosterone and competitiveness that all AAA players have (that's why they are able to play at this level). I say give the the coaches a bit of break and the kids and the parents. It's not easy for anyone and coaches, 11 year olds and parents included. All parents have been disappointed with their kids performance at times or with the coaches decisions at times. This level will do that to us. Imagine being an NHL player on the fourth line and you get 6 mins at best a game but you think you should have 15 mins. Maybe take it easy - be excited you play at this level and take your ice time or earn more. Stop blaming everyone - everyone is stressed. Coaches included they're trying to keep their job too. Everyone should want to win and be developed. There is only so much anyone can do.

That’s right, if you don’t like your coaches then leave.

That’s why 14 families have left TM in the last 18 months.

What a bitter post by AM. Your kid is not a top player, and by all accounts is a spoiled, entitled brat. We’ve all heard the stories. He doesn’t have to work for his spot on the roster, it’s given to him even though he didn’t earn it. That’s the essence of everything that’s wrong in minor hockey. He’d be in AA if he wasn’t gifted a spot that he takes away from other deserving kids, and that’s wrong. You don’t seem to understand that. If he’s so hard working and deserving of his spot then why do you bench him or not even dress him for big games? That just proves to everybody that you know that he doesn’t deserve to be there, and when the games matter, you don’t have any confidence in your own son.

It’s also not lost on us that every single person who has ever left your team you claim was cut. This is a very sad attempt to save face and I don’t know anyone who believes it. We know that you didn’t cut these kids or their parents, they chose to leave your toxic and immature culture. It’s proven by the fact that aside from AC, not one of the kids you point the finger at has ever caused problems on any other team they’ve ever been on. What’s the common denominator? YOU. It’s sad that you lie and try to smear the reputations of children because their parents want them in a better atmosphere and your ego can’t handle it.

Now that half of your team is leaving you again this year, you can see the writing on the wall that your time in this league is quickly coming to a close. Desperate calls to kids like BH and CC begging them to come have been shut down by their parents, who know your terrible reputation with kids. There isn’t a single top player coming to your team, and your posts show that you’re in full panic mode telling lies to make it seem like families actually still want to be part of your toxic program.

Under your lack of leadership TM is going to fall to a mid pack team next year and you’ll be fired while all of the families you’ve mistreated over the years have a good laugh at your expense.

It’s coming and you know it.

Great post!
I read that AM’s kid pissed in a teammates hockey bag??
Who was it?? Let me guess, nothing was done about it

Ok SC, nobody cares about your lousy team! Everyone in the league knows what you're all about! Keep trying to pump up your FAST MONEY BS by knocking a legitimate organization. Nobody is coming to BSTRW next year unless they are subsidizing those stupid cones! SC bought and paid for by the rich parents that somehow made your team.

How do these guys keep their coaching jobs? Do they have nude photos of the org president or something? The Cheezies are the laughing stock of the league!

Bradd the father of CC said they called and were desperate and pushy asking for his kid to move to TO even though he said no a dozen times. He said he doesn’t even know these guys and they were begging him, saying “Please, we need this!”
He thinks they are pathetic.

The Cheezies see that the end is near and the walls are closing in.
