Nnorth and Sta merge will make them top dogs next year !
how on earth do you see that? you cant even put together one top line with those two teams.
CRC doesn't have a top line and they seem to find a way
CRC basically plays 1 line.
2-3 players to be exact
Which 2 or 3?

Is this the original troll, or a new one claiming that CRC plays 2-3 players extra time? Are you blind? Last night's game was against the second place team and both the ice time and the scoring were well distributed, as it has been most of the season. From time to time players have been sat, because they weren't contributing. No crime, no foul, just coaching as it should be. Six D and 8 F were rolled last night, as another posted, almost "to a fault".Guest wrote: ↑Wed Dec 18, 2024 3:18 pm Nnorth and Sta merge will make them top dogs next year !

It's highly unlikely that STA and NN are merging for next year, but if they did, do you not think that the combined 1st and 2nd place teams could make a formidable challenge to first place in the OMHA West? Maybe you meant that such a combined team wouldn't be a power in the OHF. After all, there is your mighty G to contend with. Forgetting the G for a moment, as I wish we could, the upcoming crossover weekend will likely re-establish that the East is far superior to the West OMHA. Nothing we can do about that now. I am sure the disparity will all be addressed next year by the well engineered "Open Borders" mandate. As for the West this season, CRC has proven that they are in a class by themselves, followed at some distance by the two Niagara teams, and then there are the rest. Unfortunately for CRC, there hasn't been enough good competition in the west since they became CRC from the old 45s. By contrast the BFs get a good test from the their league competitors in half the games they play.
Relax, enjoy the hockey and fasten your seatbelts for Open Border hockey. Our 9 teams may be 6 shortly, playing in God knows what league configuration.

CRC are irrelevant next year[/quote]
What are you smoking bud. I don't know the team very well but they have the top 3 scorers in the league and I'm pretty sure 2nd and 3rd are new to the team this year cause I don't recognize the names but they may bring in 2 more next year and then what?

The D are gone and so is 8. EB can only find a place on a bottom G team so he’s coming back.
