They had that pre typed ready to go. That was no “response” it was posted mere minutes after OHF put it on website.

Under U12 parents want development both skill and in game. Building a bench that benefits player/team development instead of individual advancement will be crucial for organizational success. Selfish coaches need not apply.
U13+ parents are looking to compete at the national level in preparation for their players next steps in hockey. Let’s keep perspective, if you are truly impactful in player development no one will want to leave your organization. Pick the right coaches with the right intentions. Minor hockey is officially a business
