Parent will complain everywhere but this is competitive hockey and I fully agree that all kids should get equal opportunities to develop at this age I have yet to see a coach that believes in this philosophy.
There are a few teams that definitely roll all lines...
100% there is rolling lines go to AA you'll experience that

In AA if you're winning comfortably sure the lines roll.

If you're behind? Bench gets shortened. No different than AAA

MM coach is a goof. Plays 6 kids from puck drop, at U10. Idiot.
Well according to some on this thread it is all about Elitism, so if only 6 are Elite then…..
Why he took only 6 elite kids and what was the reason to give spots to other non elite kids if he wasn't planning to play or develop them? MM has a tall south asian kid and another smaller boy who literally play dozens of seconds every game and always look very upset. What was the reason to offer them spots if he didn't see them even in rotation?
Yup. Ammal is an idiot. Meanwhile his nephew is on every second shift.
He is just an elite level player, pure coincidence that he plays in uncle's team. By the way, 2 above mentioned kids that look very upset are very valuable players, as they were called to cover nephew's fees. Habibi why are you talking like that?! It's a family business, be respectful, brother

Rather than warm a bench in AAA, better go to AA and get enough minutes on ice. But even in AAA there are teams above MM that give every kid enough play time.

MM has about 7-8 kids who should be playing AAA. That is why they are a mid pack team, capable of beating Reps and VK a few times but also will get pumped by top teams. That is what they are and that is fine. Not sure why the hazing.

Who cares? None of them are going anywhere in hockey.

Is the barometer you have to post here that you're only allowed to talk about kids who will make the NHL? If so, I have some bad news for you.

No kidding. Also, if you think that you can tell who is going to go far in hockey at U10 I have some additional bad news for you.
