JG is having a hard time finding ice because the York North Knights have gobbled up all the extra available ice for practice time. They want to hit 400 practises before the end of the year..

Holy dude it’s like everyday is your mission to write in this thread to rip that coach for the past year. It’s funny don’t get me wrong but if you are this much of a keyboard warrior on a mission .. we can all just wonder about how you must also be on the same mission to get little jimmy more ice time from jimmy’s current coach. Dman is a great skater mid to low pack team.
Goalie is as good as half the AAA goalies

Dman yes good skater but doesn’t have vision for AAA. That was his knock for last past 2 years. He’s been to all AAA skates for past 2 years. I could se him going omha.

Small centre in NYK could also play low end to start.
Been told goalie wants to play AAA has no interest in girls hockey yet.

Parents that want to move their kid up to AAA will need to swallow their pride and get their kids to a bottom end team and see if they can make a difference there. DMF/TT not taking AA kids next year. Neither will VK, TM, JRC, NYR.

Not competing with the bottom of the AAA lineup. Competing with all the crazies who are willing to drive 2 hours to play GTHL AAA.

Have you looked at TT roster...at least 2-3 AA players from last year and look at resurgence...the AAA players that titans got rid of are in AA and are not having impact, these kids were AAA lifers until they got cut...and if you ask those Titans kids parents a year ago about their little Johnny playing on a losing AAA team they would say it is great development...ha I just laughed watching their stressed out face knowing their kids AAA days were numbered... there is a lot of diamonds in the rough in AA you will see a influx of AA players going AAA in the 1-2 years...

I hear the NYK are renting ODR's for extra practice paid by the parents of the kids that are on the chopping block

Anyone know who the new coach is? Confirming they got fired.

Why the rumors about coach getting fired? Aside from the tampering they seem to have done a good job building a program. Not an NYK parent but they build a good program.

Don’t really get the tampering allegations either. They brought in 8 players. 2 of them were coached by the coach 2 years ago on the mustangs. 1 played a year up single A. 2 played spring 4 on 4 with them 2 years ago. 1 was cut from previous team. 2 were location based because a program was improved from U10/U11.

Not like 4-5 players just jumped from SIR to TR together

4-5 Players that went to TRT were promised an ebike and meet and greet from Olivia Chow ...no brainer ..all NYK promised them is 400 practices
