Mid-bottom teams aren’t rolling lines eitherGuest wrote: ↑Mon Dec 23, 2024 8:35 amAmazing. Practice is very important but if you get no opportunities to play. Keep practicing and warming benches buddy. I’m sure it must feel better to justify your kid playing 3 shifts a game. Must be doing wonders for his development.Guest wrote: ↑Mon Dec 23, 2024 7:54 am You know nothing about development! Practice is where you develop the most!!!!!!
Funny how TM is never mentioned hmmm. Keep stirring!
2011 AAA

Re: 2011 AAA
Is it not a problem when your team is blowing out a bottom feeder team in the 3rd with 10 mins left and your 3rd liners are seeing no ice. Any coach like that has no intention to develop his 3rd line kids nor is he a good coach. He’s pleasing the parents of his top liners so they remain committed. There are a couple of these coaches and parents know who they are. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

Dont blame. Most are AA. Same as TM 3rd line and JRC bottom 4.Guest wrote: ↑Mon Dec 23, 2024 2:34 pmMid-bottom teams aren’t rolling lines eitherGuest wrote: ↑Mon Dec 23, 2024 8:35 amAmazing. Or the coach is sending a message with the hopes of them leaving on their own.Guest wrote: ↑Mon Dec 23, 2024 2:51 pm Is it not a problem when your team is blowing out a bottom feeder team in the 3rd with 10 mins left and your 3rd liners are seeing no ice. Who is the top coach in this age group where their success is less a result or recruitment? Would it be BC?

What team do kids play this little?
Depending on that particular game situation… tie game going into the third.. who is on the ice? …. Down 1, going for the tie…. Or up 1 and getting the W….. it’s not that simple on who plays 3-5 shifts a game…. The games are generally getting tighter, so that analogy makes sense… blow out games, players that generally don’t play PP or PK get a chance… this is what you have to think about moving forward… can you make a difference on another team or not… if you can, make the move.. research a good coach, group, etc… or stay and make the best of it if your not a cut…

- Everyone knows VK are vulnerable with the departures. VK has 3 surprise departures.
- Theres 2 or 3 kids on JRC and VK that should leave for more minutes but their daddys want to chase that little plastic trophy. They dont realize they are hurting their kid.
Tell me please who from these VK players are leaving? And which kid is being hurt? Stats from Instat.

Kids middle of the list down could double their points on a new team.Guest wrote: ↑Mon Dec 23, 2024 7:36 pm - Everyone knows VK are vulnerable with the departures. VK has 3 surprise departures.
