The buffalo team they lost to in the round robin looked like it had a few very weak players and a 1 or 2 talented players but didn’t even belong in tier 1. What kind of tournament is this?
TM team is a mess. Too many issues.

The raiders team showed up with half of the marlies roster. the other half was some montreal kids (not the elite ones).

The raiders lost to the international stars 5-0 in the semis. the international stars are a proven championship team with plenty of skill and talent. They dusted the so-called everest/nats team 10-1 and beat the young kings 5-2 on their way to the championship.

Its not a win but a 5-0 loss to the international stars is not a bad result for the raiders group.

“Not the elite ones” lol so what were they the house league ones??
It’s simple whether you lose by 1-2 goals or 5-10 goals. When they are off they still are a good team. When they are on they are just a powerful team. Can’t say losing 5-0 is good. Maybe raiders didn’t even have a shot on net and the whole time their backs were against the wall defending.

Our game was right after the Raiders game so we were able to watch most of this game. The raiders only had 2 or 3 scoring chances. The Raiders were no match for the Stars. Stars controlled the play and most of the game was in the raiders end.

Yeah, and they were phenomenal when we played them. Are they a fall team? Or a Spring team type thing?

I can see why a lot of normal KSL teams don't enter this tournament. This isn't a tournament of fall teams, its a Spring tournament.

Watching OHP 2016s, I've never seen such a talented but selfish team in my life. Who is coaching that shit show? When are they going to figure out they need to actually pass to play hockey at a high level. It was embarrassing watching them.

They have the best players off a bunch of teams, arguably one of the best goalies at the age group, and they looked like a house league team.

They are a team of random kids for one tournament. Sort of hard to blame any coach for team issues when they are thrown to getter based on what kids are free that weekend and not on other teams already. Some of the tier 2 games were better games to watch as they were all teams that actually play together all Fall… instead of so called all star teams with same calibre kids who just don’t every play together

No Surprise...They have kids from T1 Toronto Stars who have been shitting the bed all year....same for the kids from T2 Muskoka North Stars.....The Raiders kids cannot perform with these kids...The goalie is good but not good enough to carry the team.
