If it ain’t broke don’t fix it.
I saw them play for the first time this weekend in Kingston, they are worse than the Waxers, who are a mid pack OMHA team…
Everything needs to be changed on that team, best players on the team are AA at best.
Majors cuts have arrived on the thread.
Any time shade like this is thrown at a team, it's always an inside job. MM has 2F and 1D that could make any AAA team.
My outsider’s perspective: the Majors have about 2 lines of AAA players, who are probably driving the wins, and a few whose parents should reconsider their kid’s playing level.

My guess is the trashing posts are from one of the bottom kid’s parents. Maybe their boy was a -10 in Kingston and the dad is trying to shift the focus.

MM has shown they can compete with VK and Reps. This team is exactly where it should be - 8/9, able to compete with 6/7 and beat 10/11/12. Question is whether they can stay in that spot next year. If they are able to keep their top 5-7 kids and then get upgrades on their bottom 3-4 they will continue to be a mid-pack/lower mid-pack team.

Don't underestimate their internal resources, their third line kids are developing at a very high pace. It's now clear that 16 will go higher, but they have 98 who is tall and fast. 98 can play a more important role next season if he decides to stay and not to join TYN or Rebels. Defenders and goalies are also improving.

DAD of #98 has entered the chat, keep dreaming buddy. Your kid is nowhere to be found against good teams let alone TRW

The actually third line barely sees the ice, shortest bench in the league, no idea what their budget is but if my kid got 2 or 3 shifts a game I'd would be pissed - they are 9

MM took a lot of kids not at AAA level because there just aren’t enough AAA kids. There needs to be fewer teams and parents need to be realistic. Maybe drop down to AA and get more ice time.

The G and OMHA both need to reduce teams. MM is very weak.

Yea reduce it to 10. Then all the best players funnel to the top and there are 2 teams as the bottom that can't win a game. Next year, reduce it to 8 teams. And so on and so on until there are two teams left. Dummy.
