York Simcoe and Tri-County are stronger than the east gthl. The G only has a couple good teams then they fall off greatly. SIR, EE, NT, etc. are like A teams.

West has a few extra weak teams but the top half West/East are equal. And if you look at YS and TC results against GTHL teams it's pretty consistent. Top teams v. top teams are even games. The 'floor' for bottom teams is higher in the leagues outside the G.
