AMHA will be everyone's first choice if you want to play AA/A/B. Thus, rule will be gone.
This is true. Local security companies have been sent tenders to quote on providing crowd control for the tryout weeks. There is talk of such demand for the AA teams, that they may need to implement a lottery system, where only the first 200 kids get the chance to try out in Aurora.

Ideas have been floated on erecting a main-stage at the ACC parking lot, where major headliner bands will perform shows to the large crowds following each tryout skate. This is big news.
The highlight? MM’s keynote speech.

The planning committee would appreciate it if those with inside information kept that confidential until details are finalized.

We can confirm we are planning presentations of 8th place rings to several teams for outstanding seasons.

Ouch... please remember, this isn't the kids' fault. They didn't ask for this.

Exactly. Let's keep some perspective that these kids are 12 and things like this are out of their control. They had no say in the coach, the team that he picked or hosting/playing in the OHFs
And by the sounds of this message board, they're all dealing with enough.

LMFAO i needed a laugh this morning. There were at least two other applicants, and the only person he's doing favors for is himself.
U10AA team same situation. Lots of personal cuts that made team worse intentionally, other more qualified coaches applied. Coach wife on the board. It’s another bad look.

Can’t stand them either. Most at the rink say the same. They just want their kids playing at a higher level which they shouldn’t be.

Coach isn’t bad guy however word on the street is his wife is a very special person. Cut her former best friend’s kid because of playground drama. Makes enemies like it is her job.

Are teams getting strong armed to attend this charity hockey game on Jan 26th? Will it be entertaining though for families and kids?

I don't think you need to buy tickets. It is not like the Coaches game. Perhaps a donation opportunity at the game but that's not the purpose.
