I can see 3-4 kids make the jump. That being said on a bottom team.

If any parent thinks there kid is AAA material please wake up and go watch AAA teams play and see if your little Jonny will ever touch a puck or see the ice.

They can go play AAA for the teams that everyone goes to when they don’t make the GTHL in Brampton.
Gotta start somewhere. No matter what AAA team you go for in the G or O you will still need to be a skilled player.
But the smart play is pick the coach and not the team. Asking your kid what he wants doesn't hurt either. BTW that Brampton team is better than 5 G teams.
Not next year with open boarders. All the talented kids will move to the G. AAA and AA will be much stronger
Has anyone heard of new teams forming due to the boarders opening? Should be enough kids to start up a couple more teams.
I thought one of the aspects of the open borders, was no new teams for the next 2 years?

What's happening with WML? Is the team folding after this season? Or is B45 going to take it over?

More likely ST will convert into a non gthl team. Their new coach is from a remote town and will bring in omha aaa and aa cuts

TW reminding a lot of people that they saved $5000 this year by not playing for one of those dumpster fires in AAA

Can anyone/everyone post birthday skat locations if they know of them? Little no names is ready to go to one of the big clubs. Don’t be shy. We all know that this loop needs to improve next year to challenge the east.

Top end AA and Lower End AAA teams in GTHL would all benefit from playing each other regularly. It would help both teams play at a competitive level. Instead, Top end AA teams play 50% uncompetitive games against bottom of the league and lower end AAA games play 50% of ganes against teams they won't ever beat.
It would be great if the GTHL would allow for / foster this, but seems unlikely to happen anytime in the foreseeable future.

Sadly, as you point out, it's unlikely to happen. There's nothing in it for the owners of those AAA teams. If the AAA teams lose, the owners would no longer be able to justify their exhorbitant fees.
