Name the all time points leader at the Brick and what’s he done since? Must be the Elite of the Elite.
Pretty sure he’s only 12 still

And he has SPONSORSHIPS. making money. What do you say to that
Exactly. At least some of you get it. Brick isn't everything at this age group it is the only thing. You want believe when you get older how often you are asked whether your kid went to the 'Brick' or is a 'Brick' kid. That immediately changes the conversation and reshapes the thinking of a coach or scout. Ties and close calls will always go to the Brick kid. He knows what 'elite' really means .. along with the parents.
Keep telling yourself that. They’re 10. No one gives a sh it. Your duster probably won’t play hockey in 5 years. Stop living through him and enjoy life. Loser.
Big time loser, if a scout evaluating a U16 player of interest inquired if that player participated at Brick as a 10 year old he would be back at the bar and not at the rink because no one would give him a job, unreal someone could be stupid enough to write that comment
This is a sport of haves and have nots. You see it within levels , see it within teams in the division, see it on current teams. Yes, Brick now cuts the line at the provincial I love it. Welcome to the Have Not area Pal.. I for one don’t playn to join you.

Haves and haves nots at 10 is nuts. Sure, it’ll be a great experience and all the dads can boost their own egos for a year or two talking about how their kid went but when hockey gets real NO ONE who matters is gonna care if your kid went to the brick unless they still perform. A lot of these kids will turn into nobodies, some will carry on. Majority of these kids bought their way onto this team or are only there cause their dads are in the boys club. Enjoy your few years of bragging that 10k bought ya cause it ain’t gonna last forever.

There’s a lot of “elite” kids who are not going to make these teams because of kids taking up spots who don’t actually deserve to be there but are there for reasons outside of their talent. Brick kid or no brick kid, none of that will matter when real hockey starts. Don’t fall into the trap

I thought the twins and JH’s kid were the 3 best players all tournament. I can’t believe JF cut all 3 of them. They land in a top 3 team for sure.
