Anyone spoken with the NYR coach for next season?

Who hasn’t? PV calling everyone replacing the whole team

So are Reps, Titans, Rebs, Sens, and Red Wings

If only coaches would develop like everyone claims to. The boys play better when they can anticipate where their teammates will be and how they move. This is the biggest advantage to keeping a core set of players - they get familiar with each other and then they start winning more consistently as a team.

You want at a minimum 2 of the four to be plus then you rank out what roles you are looking to fill and do your assessment of the player. Some coaches have different values for each I feel athletism is the most important but some value size or speed or skill.
Let's start with a few lob ball questions`

1. As the coach what is your goal for the athlete and the team?

2. Let' start with "athleticism" - How do you define athleticism? Is this definition sport specific for hockey? How are you measuring athleticism the physical attributes and the genetic components? (is speed not already part of athleticism?)
You’re a weapon Bud…lol

- Make the athlete the best they can be and develop a passion for the game.
- Each team should have different goals based on talent and team depth. The goal should be consistent progression every practice, game and season.

- Speed, strength and agility are the key components of true athleticism. Multi sport helps develop these attributes. They are several ways to measure and track progress. Good coaches with good programs should test regularly and share results with the athlete.

Anyone who goes to the Rebs is better off going to AA
GM has no clue how to coach. It’s clear NYR has gotten better since he left.
I pity any parents that are getting the wool pulled over their eyes by this greasy loser

Coaches do this? Our coaches get high after a game in their car then come up to the bar looking for free drinks from the parents. Can you guess which team they coach?

Spoke to him. Ok guy. Been doing this for a long time. Went to watch him coach. He has an undersized AA forward that he plays because of a money parent. Not a good look in the draft year for the other 2009 kids on his team trying to get exposure. He will likely be worse with the 2011 group.

If they bring in more solid families then toxic maybe it'll work. I highly doubt it will with those 2 going
