2015 AA
Re: 2015 AA
Is it true that MB will lose their top forward to AAA? It will be difficult to find a replacement for him. I spoke to their coach not long ago, and he didn’t mention anything about this. However, he did say that a strong forward or two might join from AAA or possibly someone playing in the 2014 AA loop.
Re: 2015 AA
11 was going to the Rebels but now questionable due to open borders (Rebels can get a better OMHA kid but they’d have to find one that wants to play for them).Guest wrote: ↑Sun Jan 26, 2025 9:18 pm Is it true that MB will lose their top forward to AAA? Re: 2015 AA
If the Beast and North Stars are cutting a couple of defence men each and two of the Panthers ones are going to AA where will the defence backfill come from? Are these spots already claimed?
Re: 2015 AA
11 intentionally didn't go to Rebels U10 team, why would his parents want him to go there now?Guest wrote: ↑Sun Jan 26, 2025 9:27 pm11 was going to the Rebels but now questionable due to open borders (Rebels can get a better OMHA kid but they’d have to find one that wants to play for them).Guest wrote: ↑Sun Jan 26, 2025 9:18 pm Is it true that MB will lose their top forward to AAA? Re: 2015 AA
You think that they are spending tens of thousands a year on him including 5 days a week outside of a regular education so that he can stay playing for the Beast.Guest wrote: ↑Sun Jan 26, 2025 9:33 pm11 intentionally didn't go to Rebels U10 team, why would his parents want him to go there now?Guest wrote: ↑Sun Jan 26, 2025 9:27 pm11 was going to the Rebels but now questionable due to open borders (Rebels can get a better OMHA kid but they’d have to find one that wants to play for them).Guest wrote: ↑Sun Jan 26, 2025 9:18 pm Is it true that MB will lose their top forward to AAA? The only thing that tells me is that the parents need a psych evaluation.Guest wrote: ↑Sun Jan 26, 2025 10:08 pmYou think that they are spending tens of thousands a year on him including 5 days a week outside of a regular education so that he can stay playing for the Beast.Guest wrote: ↑Sun Jan 26, 2025 9:33 pm11 intentionally didn't go to Rebels U10 team, why would his parents want him to go there now?Guest wrote: ↑Sun Jan 26, 2025 9:27 pm11 was going to the Rebels but now questionable due to open borders (Rebels can get a better OMHA kid but they’d have to find one that wants to play for them).Guest wrote: ↑Sun Jan 26, 2025 9:18 pm Is it true that MB will lose their top forward to AAA? Re: 2015 AA
Why is this the only comment in response? I am not the coach. I am a parent in the East loop that has been approached by him, and have done my own due diligence by speaking to other NYK parents. If anything, it sounds like the guy is a bit green to hockey politics, but have not heard anything about him that would make me run. Chill out. You sound like you have some vendetta against this coach. It's hockey for 9 year kids. Get over yourself.Guest wrote: ↑Sun Jan 26, 2025 1:37 pmHi NYK coach.Guest wrote: ↑Sun Jan 26, 2025 12:13 pmNYK wants to maintain their top position in the East. Scouting is essential. Kudos to him.Guest wrote: ↑Sat Jan 25, 2025 10:19 pmAs far as I know, MB will be cutting 2 Ds, DD are looking to get some kids who played with them last year. NYK coach is frequently seen all over the place, so I guess he may change anyone if he finds a right substitution same with MNS.Guest wrote: ↑Sat Jan 25, 2025 8:41 pm Are any AAA kids moving to AA next season? I’ve heard rumors that DD, both Vaughan teams, MB, NYK, ST and MNS are targeting more or less the same kids from the Sens, MM, Titans, VK, and some 2014 AA underagers. Who are these targeted kids where will they likely go and how many cuts are expected in the east and west?
In our team the coach hasn’t officially informed anyone, but is looking to cut minimum 3 kids.
Beware of coaches who look to change a lot of players.are you still suspended?
Re: 2015 AA
I am sure people say that about all of us paying $5k+ for a season. The kid seems to love it, is good at it and and I presume they can afford it. He'd be well served to move up if he really is putting in all that extra work. It would be incredible for my kid to have that kind of drive for anything lolGuest wrote: ↑Sun Jan 26, 2025 9:18 pm

Re: 2015 AA
There are apparently 4 moving down from TRW and Senators and will likely end up on these 3 teams unless the HVS coach can convince those former HV kids who went to AAA to come back to him, not an easy job to have parents leave AAA and go to a bottom team.Guest wrote: ↑Sun Jan 26, 2025 9:29 pm If the Beast and North Stars are cutting a couple of defence men each and two of the Panthers ones are going to AA where will the defence backfill come from?
