Rumours are circulating, but let's set the record straight! Contrary to speculation, VK's goalie situation is actually looking strong for 2014. HS is indeed a superstar brick goalie leader and we are excited to see him continue to shine. No question HS is a fantastic goalie, any team would be lucky to have him on their team.
The issue is the crap you are pulling. You just outed his current Goalie “Partner”. Just told everyone his current team doesn’t want him back and have found his replacement. Maybe that family didn’t want that information out there? Have you considered that? Yet you made the decision for them, and can still go to the rink everyday and look that family in the eyes.
This is the problem people have, and unfortunately they take it out on your kid just to make you mad. Which is not ok in its own right.
Your reputation isn’t stellar already after the “Power Move” you pulled at the Brick and completely shattered another kids dream of playing a game at the Brick tournament.
A bit of Humility goes along way, advertising that there is a “back up” position available for next year behind your son is just not needed.
Your kid is really good, people who say he isn’t are just trying to get you going. However you make yourself a far easier target with posts like the one previously mentioned.
Let your kids play speak for itself. Leave it at that.

wow DS responds with a flurry of messages he typed all himself. HS is still good goalie but definitely not the top goalie in the league any more. Still top 4 though so relaaaax angry daddy, nobody is jealous of anything. The fact is he took a first place team to third place, and he has the 4th best GAA in the league. He hasn't stolen any games for VK this year.
No respectable 2013 team is going to take the kid unless he gets a growth spurt ASAP, that much I can tell you. He's the same size that he was last year.
